研究方向:
主要研究介观和纳米超导、多带超导以及拓扑超导的新颖特性,为超导器件微型化提供理论指导。介观和纳米尺度器件的量子束缚效应使其正常状态的电子行为显著不同于大样品超导体正常状态的电子行为,进而它们的超导特性相比于大样品超导体有着诸多新的特点,比如:多分量超导态、尺寸效应、量子瀑布效应等。
近期的工作主要集中于:
1. 表面对密度波超导态(Surface Pair-density-wave superconducting state)的奇异性质。
2. 双带超导体的特征长度和磁性杂质效应研究。
3. 新型拓扑超导体的自旋轨道耦合效应研究。
